His success is directly related to the high standards he operates at. What continually amazes me is his ability to get other people believing that THEY can do what he can do. Although he is intense, that intensity creates an environment that forces growth. Branding aside, he gives the term, "great tv" a new meaning! I can not agree with this post more!
