That's why Southwest Airlines is Number One in my book. They are not afraid to try out new ways to make their customers happy. We were on a flight a couple of months ago to Las Vegas and as we were getting ready to land the pilot came on the intercom and said "Ladies and Gentlemen, everyone look out the window on the right side.
