					<description>Now, here's the one chink in the armor. Because "Xerox" has become universally interchangeable with "photocopy," Xerox has to do things like taking out ads in magazines like Writer's Digest to tell writers when to use "Xerox" and when to use "photocopy."

If Xerox doesn't do that, my understanding is that their trademarked name could become "genericized," and much harder to defend.

Just had to throw a wrench into the works.</description>
