November 8th, 2006 by Chief NutThe SEC is considering whether a blog post actually counts as an appropriate medium for “Regulation Fair Disclosure.” The inquiry, posed by Sun CEO Jonathan Schwartz’s web log, begs that a blog post does, indeed, satisfy the requirement of “widespread dissemination”. Although it may take a year or two, I’m sure even the guys at the SEC will be able to figure out that the Internet is actually viewed by more than a handful of people!
