What’s Missing From This Picture

Hmmmmmm.  Great listBUT, there’s no mention of making a strong emotional connection with the customer.  Isn’t that the point?

  1. It’s all got to do with making an emotional connection.

    E.G. “the feeling that the brand tries to elicit in customers (purposeful, warm)”

    Of course there’s more examples of that, but it almost goes without saying.
